💰 Return Shipping Costs

In the event of a return for reasons not attributable to Neon Seoul Store, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
This includes, among other cases:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the buyer.

• Recipient’s absence at the time of delivery.

• Unjustified refusal of the package upon delivery.

• Returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction not related to product defects.

The amount corresponding to the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund or must be paid in advance if a new shipment is requested.

🔹 Important:
Neon Seoul Store will cover all shipping costs only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
In such situations, the customer will not be required to pay any additional fees.

🕒 Return Window

You have 90 calendar days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
